Works involve the erection of a five-storey mixed-use development comprising of ten commercial units (Use Class B1) and eight residential units (Use Class C3). Once this structure the 5 storey building will provide 342.5 sqm of new class B1 (business) floor space and 593.2 sqm of self-contained dwellings (Use Class C3); together with hard landscaping, cycle and waste storage.
