Who We Are
Edgeley Developments is a family-owned and managed, building and maintenance contracting company, with over 25 years’ experience in; Constructing, developing, converting, refurbishing and maintaining a multitude of various properties and spaces in and around London.
We are a construction company, usually acting as the principle contractor on a whole range of different projects which include converting Victorian properties into luxury flats, creating valuable basement spaces, refurbishing existing properties into fully functional modern homes often without losing the beauty of traditional architecture, through to residential and mixed use new build developments. Our portfolio of works shows that we are more than capable of taking on the most challenging of projects.
Our Mission
We are committed to producing high quality work safely, within budget and on time. We enforce a number of quality control procedures throughout our divisions and project types. With projects ranging in value from £45 maintenance jobs, up to £10,000,000 mixed use new build developments.
As well as acting as the principle contractor on the majority of our projects it is not unusual for us to be contracted as a sub-contractor through our number of efficiently directly employed and managed divisions
