Who We Are
Edgeley Developments is a family-owned and managed, building and maintenance contracting company, with over 25 years’ experience in: Constructing, developing, converting, refurbishing and maintaining a multitude of various properties and spaces in and around London.
We are a multi – talented company who have worked on a whole range of diverse projects, from converting Victorian properties into luxury flats including creating valuable basement spaces, to refurbishing existing properties into fully functional modern homes while retaining the beauty of traditional architecture, while not excluding residential and mixed use new build developments. Our extensive portfolio of works proves we are more than capable to take on the most challenging of projects. Our efficiently managed divisions are capable of taking projects from foundations to practical completion. We also have a dedicated maintenance division for the ongoing care of properties, a landscaping division and an Axter approved roofing division.

· Safely – we are fully committed to Health and safety with most of our projects being notifiable we ensure all legislation is adhered to. All our health and safety is monitored and routinely check by our dedicated competent health and safety Advisor.
· On time – we understand the importance of task being completed when they are programed to be, this is why we create gant charts for all our projects which are tracked and updated throughout.
· In budget – this is something we strongly believe in working hard throughout the estimating stage to ensure all work is budgeted for to eliminate any surprising extras.
It is very important for us to maintain our long working relationships with our current clients while developing new relationships with clients we have not had the privilege to meet yet. We feel that we have a lot to offer as a building company, as portrayed throughout our website.
