419 - 423 Coldharbour Lane

We are pleased to be contracted as the principle contractor on this project. The first phase of works have recently concluded with the demolition of the existing building. We are excited to begin on the construction phase of the erection of a part single, part 3, part 4 and part 5 storey building to provide a 157sqm A1 retail unit, a 101sqm flexible A1/A2 retail unit and eight self-contained flats together with associated rooftop landscaped private amenity space and terraces, cycle and waste storage.
