Lancaster House
Introduction
This contract consisted of a substantial refurbishment to comprise 8 self-contained units including a large loft conversion to create a 9th unit. The units have been brought up to current building regulations and have been refurbished to a very high standard keeping a lot of existing features throughout including ultra-modern kitchens and bathrooms. The exterior has had a complete overhaul including a new roof.
Our involvement
Our involvement on this contract ran from the pre- refurbishment phase through to completion including furnishing and landscaping.
