Matlock House
Introduction
This contract consisted of a substantial refurbishment to comprise 4 self-contained units including a large loft conversion to create a 5th unit. The building was suffering from substantial structural issues. The units where brought up to current building regulations and refurbished to a very high standard keeping a lot of existing features throughout, including ultra-modern kitchens and bathrooms. The exterior has had a complete overhaul including a new interesting curved roof.
Our involvement
Our involvement on this contract runs from the pre- refurbishment phase through to completion as the principle contractor including furnishing.
