This month’s employee of the month is Max Dalby, for his dedicated hard work at Edgeley. He has shown a real drive to get work done and at good speed to a high quality. His positive attitude in the work environment has made working with Max a real pleasure for his colleagues and others around him. He is an excellent example for his fellow co-workers to strive for.
His supervisor, Harry Carter, had a few words to say:
It all began a year and a half ago, when I was presented with Max. I was informed he would be helping me out drilling holes, hold pipes and just be an extra pair of hands. He always gave it his all to become the fine young man you see today. he has recently completed college with flying colours, and his attendance at work has improved. He is enthusiastic and eager to learn, always asking questions when he is unsure and has shown he can retain information when he is left to do a job by himself. He knows the basics of how to 1st and 2nd fix flats and I'm confident to leave him in properties when we are undertaking maintenance jobs. It's been an up and down year with Max, but his dedication and adherence has shone through these last few months. When he begins his Plumbing NVQ he will improve dramatically. He is a great asset to the company, he is a true friend.
